Job Details
The main duties and requirements of this position include but are not limited to:
- Prepping for breakfast service
- Catering Breakfast- execute, cook/prep
- Cafe breakfast- Manning cook to order custom Omelet/egg station
- Cook/Prep - oversee ingredients and set up for "make your own" bowl/Salad at lunch time
- Establish guest relationships and ensuring maximum satisfaction
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, coworkers, members, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach
- Excelling in making omelets
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, accomplish tasks without direct instruction, and problem solve for the best solutions
- Organizational skills
- Effective time management
- Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality
- Punctual and reliable
