Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food and beverages are properly displayed and replenished throughout the shift.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and countertops.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of all food items.
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as hot and cold beverages, pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
