```Duties:```
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
- Ensure that all food items are properly stocked and displayed
- Cook and serve breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes
- Brew fresh coffee and maintain coffee stations throughout the morning
- Clean and sanitize all food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assist guests with any special dietary needs or requests
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive guest relations
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic meal preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to handle meat cutting tasks is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Please note that this position may require early morning shifts and weekend availability.
**Job is part time, we need someone to cover two days out of the week, averaging 16 hours per week**
