BRAND SALES AMBASSADOR
Burn Boot Camp is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Brand Sales Ambassadors to join our growing team. The Brand Sales Ambassador plays a very integral and critical role at Burn Boot Camp. The Brand Sales Ambassador is the first person our members see when they walk in the door and provide our members with their first impression. There is a strong focus on sales knowledge and goals, contributing to the successful operation of the gym, and fostering the growth of community in the gym through meaningful member experiences.
DUTIES:
- Engage with potential members to promote and sell memberships
- Collaborate with team members to maximize sales opportunities and achieve overall sales goals
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits of membership
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in membership sales in the fitness industry, salons, restaurants, or retail sales environments is strongly encouraged
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent conversational skills and strong knowledge of sales techniques
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences
- A passion for fitness!

SCHEDULE:
PM Availability (4:00pm-8:00pm), rotating Saturday Mornings (7:45am-12:00pm)
EDUCATION:
High school or equivalent (Required)
EXPERIENCE:
Sales: 2 years (Strongly Encouraged)
