Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine visits to e-cigarette retailers and subsequent supermarkets/convenience stores for comprehensive market analysis. This involves gathering store profiles, sales data, competitor insights, consumer trends, and feedback from store representatives.
2. Organize and execute planned store visits in your designated area, fostering relationships with store operators, collecting market and store PSI data. Additionally, provide management support to stores to enhance sales performance.
3. Ensure prominent brand representation within stores, optimizing product placement for visibility. The objective is to secure increased shelf space for our brand, actively supporting each store's sales efforts.
4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, staying informed about industry trends, new products, and market dynamics. Provide regular updates and insights to the management team.
5. Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional activities within stores, ensuring proper implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies at the point of sale.
6. Conduct training sessions for store staff to enhance their product knowledge, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell our brand effectively.
Requirements:
1. Possess a minimum of two years of experience in promoting electronic products, with a preference for e-cigarettes. Applicants should exhibit a passion for sales and promotional activities.
2. Essential skills include outstanding communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
3. Demonstrate an active commitment to visiting diverse stores, showcasing a strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to thrive in challenging conditions.
4. Proven track record in effectively analyzing and reporting on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics.
5. Experience in coordinating with marketing teams and executing in-store promotional initiatives.
6. Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to communicate product features and benefits clearly to both store staff and customers.
7. Flexibility to adapt to evolving market conditions and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
