Re-Bath, the leader in bathroom remodeling, is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, outgoing Marketing Reps / Lead Generators to join our Retail and Event Marketing Team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing company and product information, generating leads and scheduling appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. This position also encompasses product education, training and working with our national retail partner associates in metro locations to enhance their knowledge of Re-Bath and teach best practices of lead generation and customer engagement.
The perfect candidate for our team is a likable, well-spoken, polished, outgoing and fun person looking for a flexible, part-time position to earn some great extra money!
- This is a part time position working at retail locations in the Twin Cities metro, home shows, festivals, fairs, and other special events throughout Minneapolis (when applicable).
- Weekend availability a must.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Experience in home-improvement is not required as you will be trained to present our remodeling products.
Responsibilities
- Set up table/booth/display in-store or at an event. Materials will be provided for you.
- Engage with prospective customers to draw them in and provide basic product and services information
- Generate and schedule quality leads that turn into appointments for our in-home design consultants.
- Work with our national retail partner associates to assist them in fully understanding the Re-Bath partnership including training, Product Knowledge (PK) sessions, Specialty Spotlights, etc.
