Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Brand Manager to join the Keap team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance and maintain the personal brand on social media platforms for the CEO of Keap, Clate Mask. This role is perfect for someone who excels at creative and strategic thinking, has a passion for driving brand growth and engagement on social media, has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and also is an excellent project manager.
This role requires a high level of trust and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact, diplomacy, and complete discretion. The selected candidate will work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant, the Keap marketing team, and Keap’s external PR company. This role will be an extension of the CEO and emulate him and his brand on all major social media platforms.
Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be local to Arizona and available to be in the Keap office (located in Chandler, AZ) three days a week to work closely with the CEO.
What you’ll be doing...
The Work
Social Media Brand Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive personal brand strategies for social media. Align personal branding efforts with overall organizational goals and values.
- Use your social media expertise to build Clate’s brand in all the right ways
This will require a deep understanding of the Keap company (the product and people we serve as well as purpose, values and mission) along with diving deep into concepts from Clate’s book Conquer the Chaos.
Social Media Content Development & Online Presence:
Create compelling and authentic social media content to promote the CEO’s brand.
The goal being to create engaging content that will “stops the scroll” of followers and create engagement to his brand.
- Create, curate, edit and deploy content that builds Clate’s following and drives traffic to Keap
Online presence:
Collaborate effectively with Keap’s PR company & the Keap marketing team to cultivate relationships with relevant social media influencers and industry leaders to enhance personal brand visibility.
Ensure content is consistent with the CEO’s brand and resonates with the target audience, promoting his key messages.
Monitor and respond to online conversations and feedback, maintaining a positive and authentic image.
Online Brand Monitoring and Analysis:
Implement tracking/analytics tools to measure the impact of personal brand efforts. Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of strategies and adjust plans accordingly. Provide regular reports to key stakeholders on brand performance and growth.

Your experience should include...
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Brand Manager or in a related role.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective personal brand strategies (ideally for an Executive, author, or speaker).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficient in all social media platforms and content creation tools.
Relationship-building and networking skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights and actions.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies in the field.
Ability to adapt to changing trends and industry landscapes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
