Position:Brand Manager
Department: Marketing
Division: V. Suárez
Description: Responsible of development of assigned brands within V. Suárez portfolio. Develops detailed marketing plans that include industry, market, and competitors’ analysis. Develops marketing objectives, strategies and programs and monitors key performance indicators. Manages the marketing mix and allocates resources to maximize brand performance and profitability. Identifies new product/brand opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferably in Marketing)
- Master’s degree in marketing or finance (optional)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand management (preferably with alcoholic beverages)
- Experience in developing new products and communication strategies
- Capacity of analysis and strategic thinking
- Full understanding of Puerto Rico market and distribution channels
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish
- Good interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
