Job Description:
The Brand Ambassador will represent BeLeaf Medical during consumer-driven sampling events. This position aims to increase retail activity and brand awareness through effective communication to consumers. The Brand Ambassador requires a strong understanding of all BeLeaf Medical products.
The purpose of this position can be broken into several different approaches: consumer-driven product sampling, demand-focused brand awareness, sales team support, merchandising efforts, and event collaboration and execution to ensure successful consumer experience.
The Brand Ambassador will service areas in St. Louis, Central, Western, Northern and Southeastern Missouri.
This position requires a team player to work cross-functionally and have an excellent understanding of the BeLeaf Medical Marketing, Sales, Operations, Cultivation, and Manufacturing departments.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and fulfill sampling trials among new and current consumers.
- Execute promotional events.
- Maintain a positive image of the BeLeaf Medical family of brands.
- Educate new and current consumers on the BeLeaf Medical family of brands and product offerings.
- Answer questions about the products and the company.
- Report details of all pre-determined sampling activities.
- Find new creative ways to reach new and existing consumers.
- Support various marketing and retail functions when necessary.
- Create an environment that makes consumers feel comfortable to explore, ask questions, and learn about the BeLeaf Medical product lines and their locations.
- Maintain inventory levels of promotional material, distributing when necessary.
- Perform consumer and budtender education events.
- Provide event recaps, highlighting any data regarding customer feedback.
- Continuously improve processes through feedback
- Prompt communication and flexibility for work up to 30 hours a week.
Qualifications:
- Over the age of 21
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Must maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Subject to background check per DCR cannabis regulations.
- Positive attitude, team player.
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
