Job Description:

The Brand Ambassador will spread brand awareness and increase retail sales through client visits, promotional activities, field marketing efforts, and customer engagement. We're looking for someone committed to proactively growing our brand and product reach by establishing new relationships and developing current relationships with dispensaries and customers. The position will be part time, mostly weekends and some evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote Grön products through community outreach, industry events, as opportunities occur

· Transport, set up, break down and maintain trade materials and table displays

· Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products

· Maintain an organized schedule, arranged by Account Managers of regular on-site client's education meetings and events

· Engage with clients and collect feedback on products

· Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies

· Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns

· Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times.

Requirements:

· Must be 21 years of age or older.

· Brand Ambassadors & Demonstrators: 1 year (Preferred)

· Customer service or Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

· Applicants must have their own reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.

· Must have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

· Excellent presentation skills, friendly, outgoing.

· Comfort within dispensaries and other promotional venues.

· Long periods of prolonged sitting and standing.

· Cannabis Industry experience.

Work environment:

Travel is 95-100% of the role

Presenting product to potential and active retail partners

Speak with retail partners regarding product sales, use, and effects

Speak with customers and the general public regarding all Grön products

Physical demands:

· Must be able to transport and set up a promotional table.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. periodically

· Ability to stand, sit, squat for 1-2 hours at a time

· Ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time

Compensation:

This position starts at $25/hour + Gas Stipend

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Payment frequency:

• Paid biweekly

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
