Become a product expert on the client's exciting line of Home Entertainment products and assist retailer sales professionals with online support. Support the client's ePromoter team to help handle consumer questions. Create and maintain relationships with uncovered retail locations and promote virtual touchpoints Ensure all locations are up to client's standards, including displays and product assortment Support retail stores with product support in regards to demo issues and/or product issues.
Escalate issues, per SOP, to ensure positive experience within retail environment Identify brand advocates and support via various initiatives Establish and maintain strong working relationship with the client's product training and product management teams, sales account managers, and service/engineering team. Remain knowledgeable on client products through successful completion and competency assessment of internal or external training programs. How will you succeed?

Exhibit stellar time management, flexibility, accountability and work ethic. What experience should you have? 2 years in retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing and service organizations.
