SalaryWe are a Small Finance Company with a history dating back to 2004 and currently operate four branches in South Carolina. Currently, we are looking to fill the positions of 2 Branch Managers near our Loris, South Carolina location.
Primary responsibilities of the Branch Manager include:
- Establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with customers, which is especially rewarding if you enjoy interacting with people and hard to leave.
- Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Handling the preparation of loan documents and overseeing the application process.
Our business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with NO WEEKEND work required.
If you have prior experience managing a small loan company like World, Security, or Advance America, and possess the skills for loan management and collections, we would like to hear from you. The work environment is business casual.
Requirements to be considered for this position:
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- A consistent work history with at least one year in your most recent job being preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or collections is beneficial.
- Experience working in an office environment is an advantage.
- Desired experience in credit and collections.

Additional duties associated with this role:
- Engaging in marketing activities to attract business to your branch.
- Maintaining all office operations at company standards.
- Handling collections, including contacting past due customers.
- Performing general office tasks such as accepting customer payments.
- Becoming proficient in loan system software.
