Branch Manager (Security)

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to join our Awesome Team for the Nashville, TN area! The Branch Manager will take a leading role in profitability and will be responsible for the control of financial impacts to the branch and company, including P&L responsibility, daily and weekly overtime and training expenses, as well as establishing and maintaining customer relationships leading the local sales process and insuring service excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 5 years of related experience in the security industry

Valid state driver's license, clean driving record

Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and WinTeam software

Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement preferred.

Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of security industry a plus

Military and/or Law Enforcement experience is preferred, but not required. Please respond with resume to be considered for this position.
