Salary$25-$30/ hour depending on experience
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage a group of 5-10 Delivery Technicians outsourced couriers and warehouse staff.
- Educate, train, and orient new drivers on the proper procedures, and safe operation of both vehicles and equipment
- Supervise Delivery Technicians to assure that all deliveries are in compliance with scheduled delivery times
- Assist in the screening and final selection of Delivery Technicians
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with Delivery Technicians to discuss performance issues
- Develop and implement corrective action plans
- Foster and build positive employee morale.
- Maintain process improvements to further enhance productivity of deliveries
- Works closely with internal management to execute all planned programs.
- Ensure compliance with various regulations and policies
- Deliver DME equipment to residence and commercial locations
- Assist in cleaning and organizing warehouse whenever needed.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduated from an accredited high school
Experience/Knowledge:
- Industry experience preferred.
Physical Requirement:
- In an 8 hour day the employee stands/walks 2 hours.
- In an 8 hour day the employee drives a car/truck 6
