```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Assistant Branch Manager. As a ABM, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch and ensuring the delivery of exceptional sales and customer service. Duties:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, including training and development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention
- Monitor branch performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager (or similar role)
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing a team
