DTAC is a premier manufacture of Heat/Cool systems for the Heavy Equipment and Industrial market. Our corporate headquarters is located in Midlothian, TX and our sheet metal fabrication division is in Edgewood, TX.

Duties:
- Set up and operate Amada break press machines to fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts according to blueprints and specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accurate dimensions of parts
- Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications
- Use hand tools and tooling to adjust and maintain press machines
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand the layout and dimensions of parts
- Lift and move heavy materials
- Assist at other fabrication stations when needed
- Ability to work in a factory, non-climate controlled, warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work standing for prolonged periods of time
Skills:
- Prior break press experience, including setup required
- Experience with Amada a plus
- Proficient in operating press machines and related equipment
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
- Experience with shear, punch press & welding a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality inspection
- Skilled in using hand tools and tooling for adjusting and maintaining machines
Schedule and Benefits:
-4x10 Schedule, Monday through Thursday; 5:30a - 3:30p.

This position requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
