Job Description
Box Runner - Inbound and outbound boxes
Full time! 40 hours a week.
6:15am - 2:45pm
Must Be Willing and Able to Obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Position Summary:
Lifting and carrying boxes from Inbound area to the floor
Delivering boxes to the Imaging Specialists
Removing boxes from Imaging Specialists to Outbound
Loading pallets for outbound shipments
Scanning pallets of boxes with RF scanner
Stamping and banding of digitized files
Index Key Data into multiple software applications
Print Document Control Sheets for all records
Some sorting and/or scanning hard copy records ensuring a quality image
Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking
Job Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Requires high energy and physical stamina
Data Entry or Indexing Experience
Familiarity with PC and other computer related products and printers.
Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English.
Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
The ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records.
Understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
