Ameristar Kansas City has one of the largest casino floors in Missouri, amazing dining venues, a newly renovated luxury hotel and more. Ameristar Kansas City also offers convenient parking in a five-level, 2,660 space parking structure with an enclosed, climate-controlled walkway to the casino and entertainment center. Ameristar Kansas City is currently looking for a Restaurant Runner for its sports bar, Amerisports. The successful candidate will run dirty china, glasses, cups and silverware to the dishroom and bring back clean supplies to side stations and setup carts. They will also run food, condiments and other guest needed items to tables when requested.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Remove bus tubs of dirty glasses, cups, silverware and china from side stations and bring to dishroom in a timely manner.
- Replenish all stock in side-stations and on setup cars in dining room before supplies run out.
- Maintain adequate supply of towels for use in the side stations and setup carts.
- Check storage and restock needed supplies from dry storage.
- Notify manager on duty of stock items which are low and need to be ordered.
- Job tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.

- Able to negotiate stairs
- Able to communicate sufficiently with co-workers and supervisors
- Work in a fast paced environment

Required Education and Work Experience
- Previous busser/runner experience preferred
