Bookkeeper
Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Prepare financial reports, including account analysis and reconciliation
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial report writing and analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures
- Technical accounting skills and understanding of GAAP principles
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
