DRC Cleaning Solutions is a multi function service company with services ranging from janitorial, window cleaning, carpet cleaning and fire/water restoration. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to provide bookkeeping and office management services at our new Romulus facility.
Qualifications
- Preferably the candidate has a college degree
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent attendance and communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

- Duties and Responsibilities
- Calculate charges for misc services.
- Processing of accounts receivable
- Processing for accounts payable
- Track all collection attempts and consistently follow-up on active cases
- Daily filing and data entry
- Ability to understand contract terms to produce monthly invoices and collect payment
- Provide weekly, monthly and annual reports to management
- Produce monthly bills in a timely manner and audit for accuracy
- Conduct other tasks as needed or assigned
- Manage and oversee the day to day functions of the office staff
