Bookkeeper Office Administration

Dwight W. Prouty Co., Inc. is seeking our next team member. We are family owned business that was formed in 1969. Our main client base is the industrial, commercial manufacturing and government sectors in North America with a focus on the States of Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.

Our current opening is to find a candidate to fill the role of a retiring long-term employee. The current employee has been in this role for over 25 years.

We are seeking to fill this position in the next 60 days to allow for 6 months of training with our current employee in this role.

The person filling this role should have a broad background in all tradition bookkeeping roles and a variety of other roles to support a full function office to including insurance documentation and audits, inventory management, budgeting, tracking insurance requirements, PTO tracking etc.
