Jorgensen Associates, Inc is a professional engineering firm established 50 years ago in Jackson, Wyoming, with offices in Pinedale and Kemmerer, Wyoming. We are currently seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team, either in our Jackson or Pinedale office. This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management

- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting

- Collaborate with external auditors as needed

- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures

- Stay up to date with accounting best practices and industry trends
