Overview of the Company:

Technicote Inc is a busy construction office and currently looking for a bookkeeper. The position is approximately 25-30 hours per week with room to increase hours, Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour but salary is commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- AR/AP responsibilities

- Bank reconciliations

- Payroll calculations

- GL entries and Union benefit submissions

- Database entry and maintenance

- Contract processing

- Processing lien waivers

- Completing certified payroll reports

- Creating job reports and job files

- Answering phone calls and emails

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)

- Customer service: preferred skill
