SalaryWe are a small import and wholesale distribution company looking for a part time bookkeeper and additional clerical tasks in our office in Edwardsville, PA. You will be handling our needs such as A/P, A/R, Inventory management, bank reconciliations etc.on Quick books software. In addition, clerical work such as submitting product listing specifications and images on spreadsheets to our partners is required.
A successful candidate will have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Quick Books accounting software, Microsoft Office suite with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint coupled with e commerce detail or basic knowledge. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued. This is a part time position (roughly 20-30 hours) IN PERSON at our office in Edwardsville, PA. Starting pay is $17.00/PH.
