SalaryColor House Graphics, a Grand Rapids printing and book manufacturing company that has been in business for over 35 years, is seeing to hire an experienced operator to set up and run our stream-fed folding machines within our bookbinding manufacturing area.
This position offers a substantial amount of upward mobility. We promote cross-training throughout the bindery on several other pieces of bindery equipment. Additional cross-training on other bindery equipment will be offered to the right person who demonstrates good mechanical skills and a reliable work ethic.

Experience: 1-2 years of bindery experience preferred.

Pay: $17 – $22 per hour. Starting pay based on experience and shift.
(8-hour shift with overtime during busy production cycles)
Job Type: Full-time – 8-hour shift (some overtime required)
Education: High school, GED or equivalent.
Experience: Printing, bookbinding (preferred). Those with strong mechanical skills will be considered for this machine operator position.
