SalaryWinner Ford Hyundai is seeking a Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. You will be responsible for supporting the Body Shop Team through performing various daily activities that will ultimately lead to a high level of organization and excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Completes reconciliation on all accounts payable and receivables, deposits, petty cash, and receipt
- Greets and assists customers in a pleasant and professional manner, in-person and over the phone
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- General office duties such as computerized data entry, insurance processing, complying reports, and filing
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills, required
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, required
- Enthusiastic attitude with desire to provide excellent customer service, required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be self-motivated, detailed oriented, and organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Candidates must successfully complete a Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Criminal Background Check, and Motor Vehicle Record Check
