We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in a school setting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to students with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs using standardized tools and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement behavior programs, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Train and support teachers and paraprofessionals in implementing behavior strategies and interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, parents, and other professionals to create cohesive support and educational plans.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.
- Provide guidance and counseling to families regarding behavioral strategies and progress.
- Stay current with the latest research and trends in behavior analysis and education to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Experience working in a school setting with students with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective behavior intervention plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
