Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Randolph, MA
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Randolph, MA. This is a full-time position offering 32.5-35 hours per week, with a caseload primarily consisting of high school students in a K-12 setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide direct behavior analytic services, including behavior management, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction strategies, to students in various settings such as classrooms, homes, and munity settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to implement behavior intervention plans and ensure consistency across environments.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and modify intervention strategies as needed to achieve positive outes.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Valid Massachusetts state licensure as a Behavior Analyst or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Experience working with high school students and familiarity with ABA principles preferred.
- Strong munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students with diverse needs and backgrounds.
