Role Overview:
- Flexible scheduling with hours varying between 20-30 per week, with the ability to create a schedule that works for youDesigning and monitoring tailored programs using tools such as VB-Mapp, AFLS, and Social Skills Solutions
- Engaging with families, providing training, and giving regular updates on progress
- Mentoring and leading Interns & Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Handling administrative and communication needs efficiently
- Upholding our commitment to client safety
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with client supervision
- A relevant Master's Degree & required certifications (BCBA, BLS/CPR, NPI, QBS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Physical activity: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage in diverse interactions
- A clear background check
