```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis and patient care will contribute to improving the lives of our clients.
```Duties```
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with autism and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, including data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment goals
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
```Qualifications```
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral therapy

Pay: $83.00 - $90.00 per hour
