The pay rate for this BCaBA position is $30/hour. TURN COMMUNITY SERVICES: OUR STORY
Formerly known as Project TURN, we were founded in 1973 by a group of parents who wanted better services for their adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Now known as TURN Community Services, we provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.

WHAT DOES A BCBA/BCABA - BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST DO?
As a BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you get to provide exceptional support to individuals with disabilities. Each day, you come to work eager to help the 20-25 individuals in your care live more meaningful lives through day-to-day assistance. One of the most important aspects of your role is conducting functional assessment interviews to evaluate the behavior needs of the individuals in your care. Using your expertise and creativity, you create behavior support plans (BSPs) and individual service plans (ISPs). You're meticulous about documenting your work, updating assessments, completing monthly summaries, and maintaining other documentation.
You're a crucial part of our training and support program, helping to train our staff in behavior plan interventions and staying current with the latest techniques and approaches. Whether you're interacting with clients, collaborating with your team, or conducting data analysis, you have a chance to make a real impact by shaping behaviors and changing lives for the better.

WOULD YOU BE A GREAT BCBA/BCABA - BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST?
To qualify as a BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you need one of the following:
- BCBA Certification
- BCaBA Certification
- Bachelor's degree and working on BCBA/BCaBA
