Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification
Experience with Skill Based Assessments and electronic data collection
Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
Collaborative approach to working with families, therapists and other professionals
Strong written and verbal skills
Responsibilities:
Design and train staff on individualized treatment plans based on the latest research.
Provide caregiver training and collaborative consultation to promote generalization and independence across environments for lifelong outcomes.
Strive to achieve best outcomes to have a lasting impact in the lives of children and their caregivers.
