Responsibilities: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment within the school district. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, collaborating with school staff and parents, and monitoring progress. The BCBA will contribute to creating a supportive atmosphere for students to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
