Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Monarch Circle specializes in trauma informed ABA practices and works with both the Autism and mental health/welfare population.

Minimum Requirements:

·Master’s degree and certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

· Meets BACB requirements to supervise other behavior analytic practitioners.

· Must have solid computer and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Preferred Job Qualifications and Competencies:

· Two or more years' experience providing ABA services.

· Experience working with children diagnosed ASD/other developmental disabilities and those with a variety of mental health diagnoses.

· Child welfare/foster care experience

· Problem solving skills with ability to respond to problems calmly and independently.

· Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and basic knowledge of family dynamics.

· Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a diverse group of people to lead, inspire, guide, organize, and support others.

· Lead and exemplify a positive interaction, appropriate boundaries and professional appearance when representing Monarch Circle in all activities and functions of the position.

· Promote cooperative teamwork and team well-being by providing a culture of respect and recognition.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

· Maintain schedule and availability across all platforms pertaining to employment status and position

· Monitor and assist with scheduling of all direct reports

· Timely submission of timesheets/billing

· Provide modeling and training on behavior plans to staff and caregivers

· Adhere to ethical standards outlined by the organization and the governing board (BACB)

· Receive and deliver feedback in constructive manner

· Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to promote optimal outcomes of team, organization, and field

· Perform intakes, assessments, program development, and caseload management within skillset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
