SalaryWe are looking for a BCBA to join our team and work with our clients to help them identify and correct maladaptive behaviors.
Job Requirements: • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments • Develop and implement parent training and support programs • Provide supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians • Provide support and mentorship for Behavior Technicians • Develop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans • Provide training and support to RBTs and BCaBA's • Strong leadership skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Must be mission-driven, motivated, creative, collaborative, and compassionate.Ultimately, you will work directly with clients experiencing problematic behaviors to help them correct those behaviors.
