Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine the individualized needs and goals of each client
• Develop and implement treatment plans individualized to each client's needs
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
• Monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment and generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA
• Adhere to ethical standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Texas licensure in good standing
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• At least 2 years experience in the ABA field at any level (as an RBT and/or BCBA)
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, as well as the ability to apply them in individualized ways
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other professionals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
