Join Gunnison's exceptional team of IT professionals providing top-notch services to our federal clients! We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Remedy Developer to support our Department of the Interior (DOI) Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) customer.
Location: Remote
Duties & responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Provides technical direction for implementing ITSM processes in the BMC Toolset
- Provide guidance to the client regarding the configuration of the OOB toolset
- Maintain foundation data to support the clients ITSM processes.
- Develop service offerings in Digital Workplace Advanced
- Provide documentation detailing all development, maintenance and configuration efforts
- Provide administrative support as required
- Interface with the Enterprise (Tier 3) support team on behalf of the client
- Ensure Data Integrity especially in the CMDB
- Provides Tier 2 Support for application issues
RequiredQualifications:
The ideal candidate is a Remedy Developer with 10 years of relevant subject matter expertise with BMC Remedy Action Request System, BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite, and DWP in the following areas: CMDB Common Data Model (CDM), Integrations, Custom Development, Foundation Data, DWPA Service and Workflow development. Also beneficial to have experience with Asset Management and CMDB.
- 10+ Direct Remedy development and administration experience.
- Experience with Asset Management and CMDB.
- Preferred experience:
- Helix ITSM on-prem and other BMC integrations
- Helix Data Migrator (HDM) Tool experience
- DWP
- BMC Discovery
- BMC Progressive Views
- Preferred certification(s): BMC Professional Certification in DWP-A, Helix ITSM, or Innovation Studio.
Education Requirement: Bachelor of Science degree. 5 additional years of direct Remedy development and administration experience may be substituted for BS degree.
ClearanceRequirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
