Sweet & Sassy is a children’s salon, spa, and retail store for girls 3-12. Customers enjoy top- quality services including haircuts, up-do’s, mini-manicures, mini-pedicures, and ear piercing.
Over the last 15+ years we have made a name for ourselves as THE place for girls and tweens to have fun. We have been featured in The New York Times, on Good Morning
America, The Laura Ingraham Show, Daily Candy, Good Morning Texas, (and even twice on
The Real Housewives of New Jersey!) We are THE place for girls and tweens to celebrate being a girl.
Your Mission:
To go above-and-beyond in providing a WOW, amazing, and A+ experiences for our guests. From the initial enthusiastic greeting to the final check out, we go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. Our goal is to make our customers feel special and ensure the entire process is fun and easy for parents.
Party Coordinator:
Responsible for creating fantastic and memorable experiences for all our party guests. We achieve this by going above and beyond for each of our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and executing parties according to Procedure Manuals.
Party Coordinators are the front line of fun and excitement for our party guests. Ensuring that each of the customers are engaged, have fabulous hair, make-up and nails and that party parents do not have anything to do but take pictures and enjoy the party.
Party Coordinator Job Description
Essential Duties:
- You make your customer’s day magical by delivering WOW! Parties and Events and going above and beyond to make your customers happy. You treat our guests super special!
- You are helpful! You look for ways to encourage smiles and make their day. You help other team members in the store.
- You arrive and clock in when your shift starts or 5 minutes before.
- You attend all trainings
- You are 100% “on” when you are on the floor. You are not on your phone or doing personal things when you are on the floor.
- You are focused on our guests, not your co-workers.
- You follow procedures without taking short-cuts. This includes greetings, checklists, and checkouts. You follow the little details that make a huge difference.
- You follow our no-gossip policy. If you have a problem, you discuss it with the person you have a problem with first, then your supervisor.
- You clean consistently throughout the party and after. You check in with your supervisor before you leave and make sure the party area is clean and ready.
- You clean up your trash and belongings before leaving the store.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.85 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
