What will you be doing:
As a Billing System Configuration & Support Specialist, you will lead and deliver projects related to the development and configuration of new business, insurance contracts, provider contracts, new pricing and editing. The incumbent will manage compliance and system enhancements.
What will you need to succeed:
- 2-3 years of billing system Configuration and managing new pricing for contracts and fee schedules
- 1-2 years of billing pricing system configuration experience
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
- Knowledge of provider contract concepts and common claim processing/resolution practices.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, medical coding ( CPT4, ICD10 & HCPCS)
- Knowledge of Brightree, Kinnser or CareTrend a plus!
