Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with insurance companies to secure ABA authorizations.
- Efficiently process and manage denials.
- Diligently follow up on unpaid claims or outstanding balances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve claim issues, effectively communicating with relevant parties.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in behavioral health and Medicaid billing, including areas such as ABA, speech, and occupational therapy.
- Skilled in ABA credentialing and authorizations.
- Strong proficiency in computer usage, including portals, Microsoft Office suite, email, scanning, and faxing.
- Excellent organizational skills and initiative.
- Strong communication abilities, particularly with remote team members.
- High school diploma (required).
Position Details:
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
- Day shift
- Salary Range: $40,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
