Billing Department Representative
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls
Respond to customer requests and resolve issues
Entry of New Accounts
Take payments and update payment information
Create and maintain reports for past due accounts
Make outbound calls for collections
Post balance adjustments to accounts
Edits to service contracts, pricing contracts, and customer information
Adhere to the company'splan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Maintain and update customer database of accounts with complete and accurate information.

Flexible Hourly Position - Day Shift - Monday-Friday
Seeking someone for between 20-40 hours per week
Office Based Position
$20-$25 / Hour Based on Experience
Requirements
Associates degree or higher (Preferred)
Proven track record in customer service.
IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
Ability to handle high degree of phone traffic
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
