Reports To: Office Manager
POSITION Description: Responsible the billing process for customers or patients. Assist management with clerical support, receiving clients and visitors, and other daily tasks as assigned by management.
Knowledgeable on insurance and reimbursement process
Good at math and data entry (typing) skills
Maintains and protects confidential information
Proficient in the use of computers and common office equipment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good telephone and patient relation skills; Will need to greet and administer Intakes
Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work
Experienced insurance billing work with minimal direction and oversight
Other duties as assigned
