Hematology Oncology LocumsPosition in Ada, OK where Outpatient coverage possible, minimal call may be needed. Here are some of the details:

Schedule- ***We need 20 shifts covered between June 1 and Oct 1 and possibly ongoing ***

• Monday-Friday: 8-5

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certification in Hem/Onc: REQUIRED
• Active OK license or IMLC: REQUIRED
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS: REQUIRED

Practice Description:

• About 18 patients per shift
• 16 infusion chairs. No beds. This is a 99% OP practice .
• There is call for own patients ( not usually any ED call)
• OP
• Some admits required but Hospitalist serve as attending
• Primary stroke certified
• Yes hospital privileges
• Level 3 Trauma
• Yes 1 experienced NP Supv
• Call is from home
• Only 1 med Onc on call.
• Call % is 1% rare to receive a call
• EMR: Epic
