Billing Coordinator, Equipment & Service

The Billing Coordinator, Equipment and Service performs entry level billing and accounting tasks for the Equipment and Service division (Revive) with a high attention to detail and accuracy. This individual will work in close partnership with the Billing Analyst role, to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilties

• Posts final invoices, journal entries, and credits and uses customized billing reports to complete multi line uploads within company systems (JD Edwards and MARS).
• Verifies, sorts, posts, emails, and sends final invoices and credits to customers, for Equipment and Service transactions.
• Email and/or mail final invoices to customers and internal business partners.
• Provide copies of missing invoices and credits as needed.
• Assist with invoice and payment research.
• Research and provide documents required for customer refund requests.
• Communicate with the internal credit collections team on past due accounts as needed, to process invoices for payment.
• Organize spreadsheets and billing reports to ensure accuracy in preparation for final invoicing.
• Complete billing reports and invoicing for key customers.
• Upload invoices and work orders into 3rd Party websites as needed.
• Responsible for data entry of service and equipment invoices, credits, and other journal entry types necessary to conduct business.
• Assist and direct customers regarding payments and outstanding balances.
• Assist with equipment and service AR research as needed.
• Responsible for document review and preparation.
• Work in collaboration with field employees via phone call, emails and written correspondence.
