We are currently searching for a full-time Accounting Manager to join our team in our home office in Camp Hill. This individual will oversee a team of accountants and assist with everyday functions within their expertise. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hybrid and schedule change available upon completion of introduction period.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Supervise several co-owners.
- Perform monthly reviews of assigned portfolio.
- Prepare budgets and year end workpapers.
- Communicate with internal team and property owners/clients.
- Assist with tax filing and financial statement preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proven ability to manage people.
- Understanding of business machine operations (Microsoft suite).
- Experience with Yardi and/or affordable housing is a plus!
- Ability to meet deadlines which may include working additional hours during certain times of the year.
- Analytical skills necessary to manage tasks and interpret data.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with co-owners and outside individuals.
