Billing Clerk

Primary Function: Managing and retrieving documents for digitizing in electronic database (Paperwise)

Essential Position Responsibilities:

• Scan BOL’s and check for accuracy of pre-scanned BOL’s
• Generate and review reports
• Enter data and maintain records
• Cross-training within the department
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to function within a team and individually
• Computer proficient
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma required
• Associates degree or vocational school training preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
