Automotive Billing Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join the Tindol Team as an Automotive Billing Clerk. Tindol offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, 5 day work weeks and we are closed on Sundays.

Billing Clerk Job Responsibilities: Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Tindol is a dual automotive franchise high volume office.

Duties:
- Review and analyze billing data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and process invoices for customers
- Verify and reconcile customer accounts
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information
- Maintain documentation of billing activities
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing

Qualifications:
- DealerTrack experience preferred,
- Ford rebates and reconciling reserve statement a plus
- Solid math skills for calculations and reconciliations
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
