Position Summary:
Among your responsibilities as a Title Clerk are processing registrations and transferring titles. You may also process warranties and deposits, maintain title records, and prepare status reports. It will also be your responsibility to remain current on relevant statutes and regulations.
Position Qualifications:
Ability to process paperwork for accounting purposes in a timely manner according to Company Procedures.
Aptitude for office functions and confidentiality are expected.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems with ability to create or process spreadsheets and word documents if needed along with other computer systems utilized by dealership.
Attitude/cooperation: always maintaining courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers and public.
Essential skills and experience:
Ability to multi-task between incoming paperwork while assisting other team members with needed duties.
Ability to utilize necessary computer systems and applications in order to efficiently process paperwork and information.
Ability to process information with attention to detail.
Initiative to meet and use problem solving knowledge to resolve requested tasks and questions from other members of staff, vendors and customers.
Initiative to perform/assist with other positions in accounting or to meet department deadlines.
Ability to maintain needed filing procedures as instructed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
