Billing And Accounting Associate- Ridenow Powersports Ocala

RideNow Powersports Ocala is looking for a Billing Clerk with additional experience in

accounting responsibilities with at least 1-2 years of prior dealership experience in

A/P, GL, and some month end close experience. We are seeking a highly motivated,

dependable, and organized individual to become fully trained as an integral part of

our accounting team. This is a wonderful opportunity as we promote from within

and are expanding our locations in Florida. RN Ocala, is an entity within the

RumbleOn national powersports dealership network, with over 60 stores across the

country!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1-2 years processing new/used deals. CDK EVO experience helpful
• Process daily EOM registrations
• Additional duties may include:
• Daily posting of bank transactions
• Loading inventory into our CDK EVO DMS.
• Various EOM reconciliations
• Assist with month end closing process

SKILLS

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Outlook and Excel)

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• A minimum of one year dealership experience is a plus, but not a must.
• Dealership Office Manager experience a BIG plus.
