Contractor - AR Operations Analyst - Billing
Looking for an organized, motivated, and highly detail-oriented AR Operations Analyst - Billing for its Accounting team. The Analyst will perform a key role in managing the daily responsibilities for our billing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a keen eye for detail. This role requires excellent organization, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability and working with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Create Invoices & credit memo requests in our ERP system Oracle.
- Assist with other entities Invoicing as needed.
- Conduct account research and analysis on errors.
- Work closely with Lyft Stakeholders on ensuring data is received on a timely basis.
- Assist with audit related questions and SOX workbooks.
- Other AR Related projects that arise.
Experience And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 1-2+ years of AR/Billing experience in a similar high-growth environment
- Oracle GL Accounting system experience (or similar ERP)
- Experience managing high volume of multiple billing types including usage-based and revenue deferrals.
- Billing for international entities
- Tax related billing experience
- Very strong Microsoft Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, etc.) and experience working with large amounts of data.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail a must.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
